for Hotel Ratings.
Registered testers. Fair conditions.
To secure the high quality of the platform and the test results, every registered Fair Quality mystery customer needs a Fair Quality certificate of your hotel. Only with this certificate and after having doubtlessly filled in the questionnaire they can identify themselves as registered hotel testers and enjoy the price benefit based on the Fair Quality principle.
Allocate certificates & regulate the availability of test holidays.
As a hotel keeper you have the opportunity to allocate as many certificates for a defined period of the year as you want to. This way you regulate the number and frequency of the test visits yourself. Interested hotel testers inform in our online calendar on the availability of your certificates for the desired booking dates.
Tailor individual Fair Quality packages.
The Fair Quality principle grants every registered Fair Quality hotel tester a price reduction of 100% if accompanied by a fully paying adult and 50% if travelling alone. But it is up to you to determine which services used are not included in your Fair Quality package. You can e.g. exclude third-party services like massages or the like from the disocunt principle. The consumption of drinks is always exempt.
Direct booking, anonymous stay and feedback before checkout.
Fair Quality testers book your hotel directly and get their individual certificate. During their stay testers remain anonymous, but are always aware of their responsibility to give respectful and constructive feedback. Before leaving, the testers completely fill in a questionnaire and identify themselves with their certificate as Fair Quality testers. This way you can trace every single rating to the respective customer and respond accordingly. The option to have a personal feedback discussion with the Fair Quality mystery customer anytime after checkout, makes this rating system especially attractive, fair and transparent.
Details of the questionnaire.
The basic questionnaire is strongly focused on feel good factors and comprises approx. 120 questions on the hotel and the region. You can extend the questionnaire by adding your own questions and clusters of questions to all sections. If sections of the hotel weren’t used, testers can deactivate these sections. They are then not incorporated in the rating.

If our testers do not adhere to our values of honesty, respect and appreciation or if communication is made in a destructive way, we reserve the right to dismiss testers in question from their membership.
